I’m kicking off November with a bang. I’m going to hit my stash in the fridge hard this weekend, tonight as I enjoyed some Indian food, I had the third really great Oktoberfest beer I’ve had this year. Like the Lowenbrau and Spaten before them, Hofbrau is also an import from Germany. So nice, so good. It was light in color but rich in taste. But it didn’t taste like nuts; like the Rally Cap Ale did, it tasted like beer.
